Ringside
Tables:

per table of 4 people. There are
12 tables available. However should the
need arise; we can arrange to have more
tables made available.
Included
in the cost for the table are: 1 show
catalogue, a platter of snacks, and 1
alcoholic plus 1 soft drink per person
per table.
Note:
1 alcoholic drink with a mixer equals 1
person's full quota. A
cash bar will be open all day for
spirits, beer and soft drinks. However
exhibitors and spectators are reminded
to bring their own snacks/food as there
will be no ‘tuck shop’. |

Ringside
Seating:
|
In
order to create a more pleasant
atmosphere with crowd involvement, the
Organising Committee has decided to
close off the grandstand in the hall and
to remove the partition between the
exhibition and benching halls and
present the entire show at floor level.
We have a limited number of numbered
ringside seats available at a pre-booked
cost of R50.00 per seat. The best
seats will be reserved on a ‘first
come, first reserved’ basis.

Spectator
Seating: |
A
large number of unreserved seats will be
available behind the ringside chairs for
casual spectators at R25.00 per person.
Tickets can be bought from the Treasurer
on arrival at the show.
Children younger than 12 years of
age will be allowed into the show free
of charge.
Exhibitors
please note, that each person in whose
name a competitor is registered, will
receive 1 free unreserved spectator
seating ticket.

Qualifications |
A
dog or bitch must have been awarded
either a Best of Breed, Reserve Best of
Breed or Challenge Certificate at any
KUSA Championship Show during
2008.
All
previous Dogs & Bitches of the Year
are automatic qualifiers.
All
Qualifiers should receive a letter
inviting them to enter the show.

To Enter |
The
following documents need to be sent to
the Acting Hon. Secretary : Andre
Strydom
All
entries are to be done on an official
KUSA Entry Form;
A recent good quality colour photograph
of the dog/bitch;
A copy of the KUSA Registration
certificate;
A copy of at least one of the entrants
BOB, RBOB or CC certificates;
Payment - or proof of payment (postal
orders will not be accepted). |

PLEASE
NOTE:
VERY
IMPORTANT:
Exhibitors please note that you are
required to bring your own drop sheets
on which to prepare your dogs.
Also bring a container for water and
cleaning cloths to clean up any spill or
mess on the benching hall floor.
Please also make certain to clean up any
powder, chalk or paste spilt on the
floor.
This
show will be held under the Rules and
Regulations of the Kennel Union of
Southern Africa.
All
Exhibitors/Handlers are personally
responsible for the control of their
dogs at all times and shall be
personally liable for any claims which
may be made in respect of injuries which
may arise from or be caused by their
dogs.
All
Exhibits must be on leads at all times
unless otherwise instructed by a Judge.
Bitches
in season will be permitted to compete
in Breed Classes only.
The
Committee reserves the right to appoint
alternative judges at its discretion.
